We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Network Architect/Engineer with deep expertise in Fortinet solutions to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of secure network architectures using Fortinet technologies, ensuring robust performance, scalability, and compliance with industry standards. With a focus on Fortinet's ecosystem, including firewalls, SD-WAN, and security fabric, this role requires a certified professional who can mentor junior engineers and drive strategic initiatives in network security and operations.

• Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-level network infrastructures utilizing Fortinet products such as FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, and FortiSwitch.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex network issues, including firewall configurations, VPN setups, intrusion prevention systems (IPS), and secure access service edge (SASE) implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Fortinet solutions with existing systems, ensuring seamless interoperability and enhanced security postures.
• Conduct network assessments, vulnerability scans, and performance tuning to optimize Fortinet environments for high availability and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain documentation for network designs, configurations, and policies, adhering to best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior network engineers, providing guidance on Fortinet-specific tools and methodologies.
• Stay abreast of emerging Fortinet technologies and industry trends, recommending upgrades and innovations to improve network resilience.
• Participate in on-call rotations for critical incident response and support disaster recovery planning.

• Fortinet Certified Professional (FCP) or higher certification (e.g., FCSS, FCX) in relevant tracks such as Network Security or SD-WAN.
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in network engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Fortinet solutions.
• Proven expertise in Fortinet Security Fabric, including advanced firewall management, threat intelligence, and zero-trust network access (ZTNA).
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, MPLS), cybersecurity principles, and cloud integration (e.g., AWS, Azure with Fortinet).
• Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, Ansible) for network configuration management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.

• Additional certifications such as CCNP, CISSP, or equivalent.
• Experience with multi-vendor environments, integrating Fortinet with Cisco, Palo Alto, or other platforms.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks like NIST, PCI-DSS, or HIPAA.
